Parents as Teachers is an early learning program for any parent of young children prenatal to age three. The program offers personal visits which focus on child development and parenting information, group meetings, developmental screenings, resource and referral, a magazine subscription and enrollment in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library book program. The services are provided by local school districts free of charge to participants.
