Welcome to the Community Access Center - A Resource
& Referral Center
The
Community Access Center provides a centralized location to
assist individuals in determining their needs and
identifying community services available to meet those
needs. The center is an ongoing "One-Stop Shop" where
residents can access a variety of services and be assisted
in initial contact with numerous agencies. The services and
support systems will build on family and community strengths
and focus on improving lives of area citizens. |
